McAfee quarantined a file I sent to myself

Does anyone remember the "Game of the Century" from several years ago. It wasn't actually a game but when you clicked on it, it made it appear that all your files on c:drive were disappearing or like they were being eaten in front of you. After your screen momentarily goes blank, a message flashes on the screen saying, "aren't you glad it was just a game"
Well, I e:mailed this attachment from the computer that I gave to my mother to me and my new computer and McAfee quarantined it somewhere and I don't know how to retrieve it to place it on my desktop or somewhere else. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you copy it from your mothers computer to a floppy or CD? Then just install it on yours?
