I have a modded Arc, 200 to 400ma, but its no longer bright enough for me. can i just strap out or change the resisters for brighter output???

I just tried taking the 115 resistor to ground, and it got at least twice as bright. would that be considered direct drive???
Is that bad for the luxeon???
Any info would be great, thanks

You could also add another 0.15 ohm resistor in parallel with the one that is (probably) already there... it should double the drive current. Since yours is a modded one, your current sense resistor is probably something else, but it'll be very much less than one ohm, so look for something in that range.

where do u find .15 ohm resistors?
plus I take it to be a bad idea to just take it out instead?
thanks PAUL

Seems the initial post wasn´t about the standard rev2 ARC circuit but the one Moses and his brother did, the switchable one - I doubt the settings / options are the same in regards to driving the circuit higher - it might be better to ask Moses about how / what. Just my 2 € cents.
