Anyone knowledgable with the Surefire 9P?

I found this website "Film Tools" that sells the Surefire 9P for $80.47. I also want to get the p91 assembly lamp to produce up to 200 lumens of light. But when I called the guy he gave me a price quote of $20.39 on what I believe is a replacement bulb and not the actual light assembly. This is the link of the replacement bulb that I believe I'm confusing with the actual light assembly. Could someone verify this for me? I'm kinda confused! Surefire didn't answer there phones last night or today! I'd love some help!

The only way to get it is in the lamp/reflector assembly. I know of no way to buy a bulb for the 9P seperate from the reflector.

In P-Series lights, LA is bulb with reflector. They do cost $20-$25.
