I have an Xtar S1 flashlight. One of the three LEDs does not work. This is a new light, never dropped and used very little. I have checked the contact points, changed batteries, even the size of the batteries, but nothing has changed. Any suggestions as to what I might do? I am thinking that I should not try to disassemble the light as that looks to be quite a chore and perhaps should not be attempted. Surely the LED is not defective. I am thinking it has something to do with not making contact. I am a fairly good "mickey mouser", but I have run out of ideas.
