Is the LS water resistant or water proof?

Just got my Arc LS and am really pleased with it. There's just one thing though. The adverts say the light is water proof, but the instructions that came with it say water resistant. The two things are not quite the same. Could someone confirm which one it is please?

It's like saying bullet resistant versus proof. The purists would rather you only ever use the word, "resistant".

We test the lights by subjecting them to twice the water pressure for 1 hour and repeating the test with 10, randomly selected units.

So, for that depth, they are good at "resisting" the water. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

That seems to be the word... I know that I've taken mine (ones I've modded, no less) to nearly 75 with no problems. I did clean them afterwords, of course.
