Super Regulated Flashlight
Perfect flashlight for the regulation fanatic. Tired of regulated flashlights that only provide partial regulation? Then this is the flashlight for you. In fact, this flashlight will be slightly brighter each time you turn it on! (see run time chart below).
A full 6 hours+ (400 minutes during test) of super regulated output from 2 ordinary AA alkaline cells. BIN Q4H LD Luxeon gives this light a nice blue/white tint with none of that dirty pea green color some Luxeons produce. Luxeon NX05 optic provides a bright center spot with bright corona evenly fading to the edges of the beam.
Modified pewter Brinkmann 2AA Legend with front glass window lens, drop in modular Luxeon/regulator/heatsink module and push button lock out tail cap switch.
This super regulated long running light is perfect for cave exploring, marathon running, hiking and other activities where it's not practical to carry a lot of extra batteries. Single unit, one of a kind flashlight.
