Newbie to upgrading mag question

I have 2 4xD Cell maglights (incandescent) and 2 2xAA mini mags (also incandescent).
Can they be modified to LED and how?

Ok read it and followed it. So where do I find what parts I can swap in and out to make it an uber light?
