I am not. I hadn't thought of a hammock forum existing... Although it makes sense. If people do it, there is a website for it...

Last summer I made a 2x4 lumber frame for my hammock. It worked well until we got on it with ALL the kids. Then some 2" screws gently extracted from the support legs and the whole thing set us on the ground. This spring I will try again with lag bolts or 3" screws instead.

One of the fine young men who made Eagle Scout in my son's troop a number of years ago is a manufacturer of tarps who sells there. Name's Brian, makes the Mac Cat tarps. It's apparently as great a group of people as we have here, great camradarie and lots of get togethers or "hangs". I lurked there when we did a lot of scout camping, not so much anymore. You'll have a good time there. High quality lightweight hiking and camping gear is as addictive and expensive as flashlights, though... :) Enjoy!
