wiring 6 SST-99 up using 12 volts building a underwater light

wiring 6 or more SST-99 LED's up using 12 volts whats a good driver's and will i have to have a converter could this be dun for this I'm building a underwater light that will be wired in to a 30 foot extinction cord hooked to a 12 volt marine battery I'm looking for as much light a possible and are the SST-99 my best bet or could i use more of a deferent size/type of LED to get about the same amount of light for less cash

You'll get lots more lumens/dollar using the XM-L2. You'll need more of them though, so if lenses or reflectors aren't cheap, then that may make the SST-90 the better choice.
