I barely used the light - have a conservative 45 min on ONE bulb, the other 4 are brand new.
Always wrapped in a microfibre cloth and stored in a safe location. This was too much light for me [price and output]. I babied it.

I never got around to cutting down the contact springs. You can read about the fix here. Basically, in its current form, obtaining the right amount of battery pressure can be finicky. I can assure you the light works and once it is tightened down properly, it is good to go.
Applied the fix. No more worries.. It'll light up the first time!
