M7 lenser fault

Hi I have an lenser m7 and it seems to have problems with the gold connections battery case to base is this a easy fix as it's out of warranty thanks Adam

Not sure on your location as not listed,here in UK we have ledco,these are fantastic from personal experience and in past have sent out a new battery carrier and switch for free delivered to my home.

5yr warranty to add,if its within that time your fine.

Also they never asked me age or where purchased,just some thoughts
