L2 / LX2 Difference...

I've been thinking of getting an LX2, but have also seen some L2's up for sale, but am not sure what the differences are. I did some searching, but couldn't still find anything about the differences.
Anyone able to tell me ? Thanks

The L2 is the old original version of this type of light. It was very long with a high output of 100 lumens and a low output of 15 lumens. Runtime on high was very short. Here is a review:

The LX2 replaced the L2. It's shorter and brighter. 200 lumens on high and 15 lumens on low.

I would recommend the LX2 if I had to choose between them.
The EB2T (500 lumens high 5 lumens low) has now replaced the LX2.
