Comparison shots: Fenix TK35 U2 and Armytek Barracuda XM-L2

Hello guys,

I've tried to make some comparison shots, here they are.
I don't have any experience with this, but will keep trying....;)

Distance to the trees: about 175 meters

Thanks for the beamshots! They give a good explanation of the difference between these lights. While TK35 is more allround Barracuda is a pure thrower.
Barracuda is a great thrower not only because of the small intense hotspot; also the narrow spill is perfect for a thrower. While the wider spill of TK35 is better for general use the narrow spill of Barracuda contributes to better view at distance because the spill doesn't dazzle on the foreground.

While both are throwers, based on the beamshots, Barracuda has the edge here as far as throw capability is concerned.

The TK35 is more floody, "all-round" but a well-known light.
Within a week I'll try to post comparison shots of two real throwers, Barracuda vs TK61

good shots mate :) where were the lights mounted ? they look much higher than the camera.
