Nitecore d10

Got a nitecore d10 that doesn't power up. Looks like one of the components is blowed on the circuit board. Anyone know a list of what was used on these? I don't know how to tell what model this is without someone helping me identify it. Thanks

Just had a look a my d10 and all the components are free from holes.

Can you see what is wrote or labeled on that part? I know it's not supposed to have a hole. Everything else looks to be ok.
