Looks a lot like the Nitecore headstrap. It is pretty good but a little small for me. I have to stetch it before putting it on. Those curvy silicone things seem to work.

I see it as a OEM headband. Just a other color and optional brand-name printed on it. But it's nice to have, so you can use a flashlight as headlamp

Yeah. Been using a AAA Klarus Ti, connected to the back loop on the top strap, then the front loop holds the light in place; So light. Also use an MBI HF with a 10440 battery on it as well.
