i was hoping for some guidance on where to find the most powerful lights on the market. i was looking for posts on comparisons of the new big bruiser lights out but have had no luck like in the past. i have been out of the game for quite some time. i saw an ad for the fenix tk35 ue with a new powerful cree led mt-g2. i wanted to know how this led compared to the cree mkr and xml2 and the luminus sbt 70 or 90. i cant seem to find any threads on them. looking for a light with the newest leds out in it. thanks guys!

I can't compare other LEDs you have mentioned, however tk35ue is powerfull for its size, I got one a few weeks ago for $100 on eBay. Of course there are lights with higher output, especially some that run on more than 2x18650. You did not mention the size of the light you are looking for. If you are looking strictly for higher lumen, supbeam x60v2 comes to mind with 10,000 lumen. Also, check the sub forum of Vinh Nguen, he is well know modifier, who sells customized lights or upgrades the one you have to produce almost double of stock output.

+1
x60 with 5x mtg2 at 10,000lm and vinh is the man:D

The thrunite tn35 is around 2750lm iirc the tn35vn is 3500lm from a single mtg2
Then there is the Niwalker MM15 which is 2 x mtg2 at around 5200lm or the MM15vn at 6500lm which is a little flood monster.

mm15vn(vn=modded by vinh) I use 4x KeepPower IMR 30A 2100mah 18650

tn35vn 3x18650 cells,i use 3x IMR KeepPower 30A 2100mah 18650

Tint wise the mtg2 is a little warmer, closer to 5500k iirc so more a neutral than cool white
Options of de-dome will double+ the throw and make warmer
