Does anyone make an adapter that will turn a Surefire x-300 or Streamlight TLR-1 into a handheld light. Something with an angle adjustment would be great. Thanks.

I believe that the handle that Jetbeam makes for their RRT-3 light would most likely work. Take a look at the accessories page for Jetbeam lights at Battery Junction. It may be larger than you want but has a Weaver/Picatinny rail section for a dedicated weapons mount light to clamp on to.
