I tried to order something from Botach a few days ago...I completed the order process, but I never got a confirmation email, the online order status is no help and they never responded to my customer service request for the order status...I hope everyone else has better luck than I've had so far ordering something there....

Hey guys, I don't work for them, do NOT promote them, and don't give a flying S%$# what you do. It's Christmas rush time.
BUT, there are those here that frankly can't afford a lot. Just a simple heads up, that's all. Take it like it's meant.
I have heard that you can do well CALLING them, confirming the item is in stock FIRST, and arranging the delivery.
I nearly always order from Brightguy.
