Bought it in September, carried literally everyday, use a couple times a week on average.
About a month ago I noticed the bezel unscrewed and the lens popped out, luckily they were both still in my pocket even though it's worn a hole in that pocket. Screwed it back in and it continued to work.
Needed it today and clicked it on to nothing, played with the ring, pulled out the battery, smacked it on my hand, etc, no change.
Thought it could be the battery, but unlikely as I put in a fresh one a few weeks ago and only used it a couple times since. Tried new battery and looked at the LED while adjusting, noticed it comes on, but it's at it's absolute lowest brightness setting with no brightness change when I adjust up or down to strobe.
Any suggestions or do I just see how Jetbeam's warranty is, or should I go through Amazon as that's where I bought it?
Disappointed, looks like I'll go back to the Fenix PD20 which does carry a bit better anyway.
