I decided to put some skills ive learned into building my own flashlight, and if there is interest i would like to make a few for some of you, i bought a 'cheap' flashlight, an xpower 26650, i say cheap compared to other professional brands but it has anodised threads, good build quality, not like these ****fire brands. I have replaced most things on the light...


Upgrades

-Tail Boot change
-Orings change to higher quality silicone
-Springs replacement thicker gold plated with 20AWG silicone wire to handle current
-Noctigon mounted emitter done myself
-XM-L2 T6-4D 4300-4500K
- Noctigon soldered directly to heat sink for better heat transfer (no thermal paste)
-Dedomed
-AR lens
-Thermal silicone padding
-Direct drive Gold plated PCB board with Thicker 20AWG silicone wire
-Emitter centering

Accessories:
18650 adapter
High quality holster (sunwayman made)
Lanyard
Spare Orings
Original glass lens

I have many lights including foursevens, nitecore, eagletac, thrunite etc. I also have some vinh lights.
I do not claim to be better than people like Vinh but I give it a good go!

I am only offering direct drive for now because I have not fully learnt about circuits and boosting their power, (maybe in the future!)

Dropped the price to £45, the parts to make this light cost nearly that price so if I go any cheaper I'll be loosing money on each light! I can also do £40 if you don't want the holster
