CREE led Flashlight w/ integrated battery - build help

Im looking to build a simple CREE LED Flashlight with a Lithium-ion battery and charging of battery via usb or dc but built in to flashlight so you dont have to remove the battery

iv never made a flashlight before so i dont now what i need but i have other kind of led light with led drivers and stuff

I've been thinking about messing with this too. I believe it would be easiest if you use a light with an electronic switch in the head, and plenty of room in the pill to mount the driver and a floating charging board.
