Mag Lite AAA reflector dimensions

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has the diameters of a Mag Lite AAA reflector. Preferably from a 2xAAA light. Thanks for the info!

Here you go Chief. From a 2AAA. BTW, you made me put down the latest Victoria's Secret catalog to take these measurements for you. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Width of flange at front, widest part: 16.25mm
Overall depth, front flange to back of stub: 9.02mm
Width of bulb opening: 3.10mm
Reflector dish depth: 7.05mm
Actual reflector dish width: 13.90mm
Base spread of the 6 reinforcing ribs are the rear of the reflector: about 10.8mm

Taken with a Fowler dig caliper. At least two readings per dimension. There is a small flange around the front of the reflector that actually makes flush contact with the lens. The reinforcing ribs are like the ones at the rear of the 2AA reflector.

.64 in. or 16.27 mm dia. at the large front
.415 in. or 10.54 mm dia. at the small rear flanges
.358 in. or 9.1 mm length
