update on my new lights (Nitecore EA4 and Fenix TK41)

a few weeks ago a bought a couple AA lights to replace my cr123a lights. I absolutely love the Nitecore EA4 now and it has become my favorite light, the UI is just awesome and its just unbelievable how much light this little 4AA beast puts out. I have the version with the updated switch cover based on the SKU of the light. Now onto the Fenix TK41, The light puts out a nice beam but i am really not found of the 2 button UI or the horrible battery rattle that this light has and its not comfortable in my hand, don't get me wrong if you can get past those small issues than its an awesome light. I just sent it back and i am exchanging it for the Nitecore EA8 basically the big brother of the EA4.

Ditto on the EA4. I've had one (EA4W) for a couple years, used regularly, and the UI is my favorite for a walking light.

Admittedly i dont get much use out of mine compared to others but i do love the small form factor of the ea4,the ea8 is a great light too,has a lower low than the ea4 if of use.


You get a little cell movement in the light but no biggie at all. Nice sized light too
