G2, KL1, or KL3???

Well im gonna order a couple boxes of 123a's from surefire. I figure i may as well pick up a little something else... I have an E2e and a Z3, i was wondering, what i should get: G2, KL1, or KL3??? (Getting all 3 is not an option right now... maybe later... but for now, just ONE!!) Basically should i sacrifice brightness for runtime of my E2e or Z3?? Or should i just get another 2 cell light....????

I think you should get the KL1 for your E2e. The G2 is only slightly brighter than the E2e, and the KL3 on the Z3 is ok, but I'd rather have the brightest light possible combined with a lesser general purpose light. So your E2e+KL1 and your Z3 would be a great combo.

I second ttran97--go for the KL1!

However, beware the variations in the luxeons: I have purchased three KL1s--the first one I bought is absolutely terrific. The second two, which were purchased together, are too pea green for my taste. SF is supposed to be exchanging them out for me, so we'll see what I end up getting...
