New EagleTac MX25L4 TURBO!!

There is only a pic so far of it on their website but the head looks substantially bigger! I hope it throws much like the MX25l2Turbo, with something close to 200k lux, but with more standard batteries.

i was about to pull the trigger on an MX25L3 and a MX25L2Turbo, but I may hold off on one or both of those depending on the stats of this new beauty.

anybody have additional information? Thanks!

You know what is ironic about this, is that Eagletac typically does not give the general population any pre-production teasers like this. It seems like you find out about their new lights when they are actually available for purchase and have had all bugs worked out. That is a good business model but some teasers are fun every now and then. This looks cool and I am looking forward to seeing more details.

The MTG2 is not really a good LED for a thrower, as its so large that the apparent surface brightness is quite diluted compared to even the XML2, etc.

It would typically also require more voltage to work, etc.
