ProTac TenTap Not Working

Hey Folks,

Noob here, so sorry if this is in the wrong place. I just bought a ProTac HL and the TenTap doesn't seem to function properly. I've looked at videos and think I'm doing everything correctly...it doesn't look that difficult...but I can't get this light to program properly, it is stuck in the stock program mode.

I took a video in hopes you could tell me how I'm being dumb or confim I'm doing it correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

That's how you do it. Tried holding the 10th activation as a click and a momentary and mine would change. I'd contact say contact your dealer for a replacement.

I thought I was doing it right. Did I understand you correctly in that you can hold the 10th as a tap and a full click and it still works either way?
