Nite Ize customer service!!

Recently had my Inova T-4 light(it was a gift) fail so I called NiteIze and spoke with a nice lady named Maria in customer service. Within minutes she had my info and sent me a prepaid mailing label for my light. In about two weeks, I received my light back with a new improved switch and a new battery!!
Now thats some great service!!

Very true.

When Nite-Ize took over Inova, they refused to honor the excellent warranty that was part of Inova's business model before Nit-Ize came along.
