Surefire Emerson Combo #0567

Was lucky enough to acquire this combo over on the USN. It was brand new in the wrapper!!! Absolutely flawless. Had to add an triple led eagletac sportac drop in and a xeno crenelated bezel. Just got my tool in tonight so the mods are done for now. Maybe a Z49 Tailcap to finish it off perhaps.
























after the bezel installation. Even with the tool I still had to dunk the head in hot water to loosen er' up.

Great looking combo! I like the crenelated bezel too.

You might want to take a look at the RPM V2 "C-series" tailcap ....

Aren't those Emerson C2's collector's item? Personally I'd have kept it stock and made it a shelf queen. Nice mods anyway though.

Yes, that was my suggestion to the OP (in another thread) ... but all of these "mods" should be easily reversible :shrug:

it would be cool to keep it in collector condition but I personally derive a lot more pleasure carrying and using the knife and light. Emerson's and Surefires were meant for use not to collect dust on a shelf somewhere
