Ever Ready 60's Penlight question

Hello, I'm looking for some information on this particular penlight. It was made by Ever Ready in the 50's or 60's and from what I can tell from searching this forum it was possibly a standard body type used by more than one company. I wanted to know if anyone here knows what other companies may have made this particular model.

I also have a few question on how it works, 1) is that a twist top or a bush button? and 2) did any of the other models have a different button? Rather than a blue ridged button, did they ever have a smooth rounded silver button?
