The multifunctional tail switch works properly, but you have to get used with it...

What I like about this light:

- The beam
- Lightweight
- Tailstand
- Build quality

Hope Fenix will add a good moonmode in the future.... and the clip like the LD22...

does the LD09 have tactical momentary activation or does it change modes when you try to send in morse code?
the TK09 doesn't change modes, it has tactical momentary activation and can send in morse code:

Thanks for the photos :) Haven't bought it yet. Although comparing the specs with the LD12, I think the LD12 suits me better.

Thanks for the pictures and sharing your impression!

I really like LD09, this light is very close to the perfect 1AA EDC, in my opinion. For me the perfect would be:

Neutral white tint AND: 1, 30, 100lm

Thanks for your review and pics, prefer short quick reviews myself without the boring graphs which are of no interest to me.

I like it. Though I find myself carrying single triple A's more often for edc or around because of their smaller size. May have to check out ld02 or ld01 someday.

AAA flashlight is very small, but the battery can notl last too long and is usually not very bright, but 18650 are too much big, maybe AA flashlight is good choice
