A protected 3400mAh battery, capacity is as expected.
The cell used can be discharged down to 2.5 volt, in my test I only discharges to 2.8 volt, i.e. I do not measure the full capacity. But then, not all lights will be able to use the full capacity.

The curves are as expected for this battery. The difference between the two 5A traces is probably due to component tolerances in the protection circuit. For one of the batteries the protection circuit trips just before the trace is finished.

Conclusion

A good 3400mAh battery, the protection does a good job in protecting the cell from misuse.
