Re: Four Custom Legos for Sale

These lights are gorgeous and if I were looking for something of this type I would be all over one.

Good luck!

I agree, absolutely beautiful lights

And I am with you about electroless nickel plating, I have a FM 1D mag in EN and it's a prize. Just ... have ... to resist ... getting it a ... friend.

Gold and Nickel Customs. XP-L and triple Nichia 219b

Lights one, three, and five are sold.
There were seven in this plating batch.
Two in safe, three sold, two for sale.

Some parts may have minor imperfections inherent in the plating process. Each light hand inspected and polished before shipping.

Gold and Nickel Customs. XP-L and triple Nichia 219b

The XP-L drop in is extremely bright, and with it's smooth reflector throws very well.

The triple Nichia 219b is floodier, also extremely bright, with big hotspot and generous spill, with excellent color rendition.

The Malkoff drop in has an orange peel reflector, is bright and built in a very robust manner with thick brass walls.

Re: Gold and Nickel Customs. XP-L and triple Nichia 219b

I have a LEEF bodied, nickel plated M head light with a Hi Cri warm tint XM-L emitter, However this light is not complete. I am currently searching for a bezel ring for it. It has a nickel plated 40mm Lumens Factory M- series Mini Turbo head. I had the crenelated bezel ring gold plated and the threads were damaged in the plating process. Any assistance in locating a replacement bezel ring would be greatly appreciated.

Two of these nickel plated C-C LEEF bodied lights remain. (and the M head light when I find a bezel ring)

Configuration changes, more battery options, and a price drop. Two left.

The RPM tailcap is expensive, very precise, took the plating well, and beautiful.
The 3up 219b is an excellent all brass drop in, with reverse polarity protection, and true color rendition.
And finally, if you haven't owned an XP-L drop in, you owe it to yourself to try one. Quite a lot brighter than an XM-L, and this one with its SMO reflector, throws a long way. Once again, brass body, reverse polarity protection and very robust.
