I'm offering up for sale a Minimag 2xAA host that I had custom modded with triple Nichia 219 LEDs, 3 Amp Driver, and runs off of 2x14500 Batteries.
It is made to look intentionally stock, unless someone was to notice the optics. Gets a lot of "wows" from people who see it.
I realy enjoy this light, but I don't use it as much as I could, and my wife is begging me to downsize before an upcoming out-of-state move.
3 brightness levels accessed by twisting the head on and off in succession L >> M >> H
Lumens quoted to me by the builder:
Low= 600L (dropping to 550 after warmup)
Med= 190L
Low= 26L
2 x AW14500 Protected batteries included with light and nylon sleeve.
