Malkoff's Excellent Customer Service

I just wanted to tell everyone about the excellent customer service provided by Gene Malkoff. I was having an unusual problem with a flashlight that was using one of his MD10's, and Gene helped me figure out what was wrong (it was NOT his MD10), and he even provided a small customized part to help implement the solution.

Excellent customer service.

It doesn't get any better than that! Gene and family are the best. Good, old fashioned customer service, the way it was designed to be done. :thumbsup:

Seems to me there was another thread with kudos for Malkoff, but yes, they deserve it. I received a neutral Wildcat that had problems right away and received immediate help. I had to send it back but the turnaround was in days and it still works great. They are an example of how a very small business can still communicate, innovate and delight their customers.
