Punch-Mag Interface

I just got the new 2003 Shomer-Tec catalog in the mail today and saw something listed called the Punch-Mag Interface. It looks like this will attach to a D-cell Mag-Lite and hold a cannister of Punch OC spray. Sort of like a poor man's TigerLight. It lists for $29 and does not include the OC or flashlight. Do ya think TigerLight may sue for infringement of copyrite/idea/design??

Let's see.... Add another 4 1/2" to a 19 1/2" long Mag 6D and you stretch to 2 feet of length. If you swing this baby as a club from the light end I wonder how easy it is to break off the cannister end.

true, if the threaded portion (i'm assuming this is attached with the existing tailcap threads) is only about a half of an inch, if you drop this thing and it lands on the back, there is a possibility of damage to the thread area.

There is a similar spray dispenser made by a German company called Light Defence . It was originally made for the German Ampercell flashlights (the same company that got sued by Maglite for copyright infringement) but it also fits on Maglite's.

This adapter has been around before I joined CPF, which is two years ago.
