Hello everyone, I currently use two Favourlight lanterns (LTC-1613AA), I really like them, but there are a couple improvements I'd like to make and wanted to get some opinions on the feasibility of the upgrades. First I was wondering if there is a simple LED upgrade that I can make by swapping out the XR-E Cree with a newer model? Keep in mind I still want it to be a warm white. While on that subject, am I correct in assuming that the warm white is a function of the LED bin, and not the current the LED is driven with? Secondly, I'd like to change the LOW mode to be significantly lower, has anyone poked around on the circuit board, is there an easy way to achieve this?
