V.A.T. or import taxes

I'm looking at either a Thrunite TN32, TN35 or Acebeam K40M.
Is there a duty tax or V.A.T. or import tax if I order one from the manufacturer?
Never ordered anything from over sea before.
Live in the USA,
Are there US dealers I can get one from? I have done a search but they seem to take me back to the China site.
Or is that just there main site and they have warehouses in various countries.
Sorry if this is a really dumb question.

The USA doesn't impose a VAT or value added tax. Depending on the dollar amount you may be responsible for paying the import duty tax which used to start on amounts above $200. Not sure if that has increased.

There are some dealers on eBay that sell the K40M and I've never seen anything listed about paying a customs duty.
