Hi, I want to build light that always turns on in strobe mode. Can anyone help?

How much are these lucidrv drivers...sorry i am a newbie and i to am interested making my flashlights strobe only
What the illuminated Dr. Jones is saying is that with a programmable driver, you can specify what modes there are. I've never heard of someone wanting strobe only, but i'm sure it's possible.
