Ehhh, not feeling it but it does say that it'll run on lithium-ion AA rechargeable batteries, but they don't specifically state 14500s.

Why would you want to run this off 14500's? Are you expecting a higher turbo than 360 lumens? Or an optional 1xAA tube?

Ideal for my work use(2xaa and on eneloops) I like the high output 220lm,this and what Timothy mentioned the ea11 appeals. Can rotate with my works e25 and t10s:)

Go to the very bottom of their pages and click on Download - There you can download the user manual where it says that 14500 are Banned:-(

Yes, I didn't see anywhere, where an 8.4v driver was mentioned.

Am I the only one that finds a bit strange that it lasts only 30h at 1 lm? For me that sounds like an error. A runtime of 300h at 1 lm sounds much more reasonable to me. Anyone having that light can confirm the runtime @ 1lm?
