Sunwayman F10 R Christmas Day disappointment.

about 6 weeks ago I saw a great deal on the sunwayman F10 R LED light (white, blue and red). although I did not 'need' another light, I could not resist. after a post office miscue, the package finally arrived. Since the light was a sort of indulgence to me, I decided to hold off on opening until Christmas Day. When I opened the package my hand could feel the machining and quality. I was pleased.
when I inserted the cell to power it up I only had red, blue and a white flash combined with blue strobe, no settings at all for the white LED :shakehead. Fortunately I bought the light from Illumination Supply so I know they will make it right.

I have it on good authority that you were on Santa's Naughty List.

Illumination Supply is already sending a replacement and a postage paid return package for the defective light.

YIPE! just opened my EagleTAC D25LC2 from lightJunction. the white LED modes worked but could not access the color modes.... LightJunction are good people so no worries there at all!

I'm almost afraid to open ANY lights now LOL.......
