what do I need to drive my Nichias?

I'd consider looking at Mountain Electronics. Their Qlite driver is 3.04 amps stock, and you can have them add 7135's and modify the modes. Done! I've built a few triples from these components, in various amperages.

They are all made parallel. Never used the gold jumper bars that I purchased with the mpcb's, just used solder to bridge the contacts. Parallel is bridging 4 contacts. Look at the International outdoor page, it shows this clearly.

No issues with light output variance due to Vf tolerance?
