Anyone repair nitecore ?

Looking for someone In the U.S to repair a nitecore p10, I have diagnosed that there is zero voltage or current coming from the circuit driver. The LED works fine.

I also have a p12 that only works in LOW mode and Voltage counter in the button works.

Both lights are fairly new. Send them back to Nitecore.

I take it you've been to Nitecores website.

You'll still need to contact Nitecore for a return authorization number. (RMA).

Don't fret though, hopefully by the time the light will need service, they won't make 18650 batteries.
