It uses x3 cr123s, the tube will not accept a 18650 nor would it work anyways due to the gap. It is one mode, the forward mcclicky broke so I removed the electronics in the tail cap and trashed it.

There is a label on the head that says: use 3 cr123s. I would love to get this installed on a 18650 host. Not sure on the thread pitch but it is course not fine. The p60 drop in is larger than your standard ultrafire surefire p60 drop ins so can't use it in a UltraFire host. The machinery is very very nice. I messed up the finish on the head by using a vise to remove the head cause when I got this light it had Soo much locktite!!! (Nitecore does this too lol!).

The light is not very bright but the beam pattern, and color is fantastic. Pics to be added soon. Stand by....

Is the diameter of the drop-in 10mm larger than the P60? If so, it is known as a D36 drop-in as opposed to the P60, which is a D26. Strictly speaking, the P60 is a specific lamp assembly for Surefire flashlights, in the D26 format. (D26 = 26mm in diameter)

For the record, 2.5 cm is NOT roughly 26 mm...it is precisely 25 mm. One millimeter difference might not seem like much but it's enough. Kinda like saying 2 and 7/8ths inches is roughly 3 inches.

Lol I didn't want to be incorrect. Thanks. The bottom of the reflector where it threads needs to be shaven to accept any p60 host.
