I've got a fairly new Eagletac S200C2 that worked great for a week or so but then I lost the low mode.
Next time I changed the batteries it didn't have high mode and it's been like that consistently now. I took it to the dealer who is pretty clever with some fixes but we couldn't get the high mode to work on this one.

I just thought I'd throw it out here on the forum to see if anyone has any ideas of how to fix it?

Make sure that the batterie is fully charged and use a quality one.
Dont know if the S200C2 has it but if it has, make the pins inside the head clean. And also clean all the contact points, threads etc.
Carefully feel if the pins that are used for mode switching are still working.
