Thinking about building a scratch built pen light "smoothy" , and have not been able to find a small enough switch boot.

I think I have everything else figured out, but how to switch it.
I have found switches small enough, just no boots.

Looking at ~12.5-12.8MM ID of my end cap, so the switch boot needs to be around 12MM OD.

Any ideas where to find them??

Thanks,
Jim

...from scratch you say? Why not make the switch boot yourself?

Flexane is your friend. Save the mold you make. Mark clearly what it is. You might start accumulating several molds. Plaster of paris can make a rough mold, then seal it with something and use release agent for better results.
