I do some output/runtime tests and find efficient, regulated AA lights tend to be around ~200 lumen-hours per cell, +/-. 65 lumens for 24 hrs on 2AAs is nearly 800 lumen-hours per cell indicating it's either unregulated, or regulated to game the ANSI rules, which BTW, counts output down to 10% of the starting point. THIS is a good "ANSI" example - 800 lumen-hrs from 3AAAs (which has slightly more energy than 1AA).
