This violates sequel priority. "Potfest" is supposed to happen before ST sequel. Torn as to which path would be correct.
Then again, "Buckaroo Bonzai versus the World Crime League" was supposed to happen ages ago.

You should do a google search on the plethora of movies that were made & never released, made years ago & finally released (the original fantastic four movie), & proposed but never got off the ground after millions were poured I the project
