Anyone have know what is the difference between NBB200W vs ARCBB200W??
The ARCBB200W is 27.55 CND and the NBB200W is 12.99CND on amazon.ca. The price is doubled but they look the same to me.

Looking at the pages and remembering my own experience buying them from Amazon in the US, it seems that the more expensive option is a two-pack and the less expensive a single light (and out of stock, apparently). I got them for my elderly parents, who seem to like them a lot, although they haven't had the real test, an actual power outage.

I've seen these in Costco stores in the Toronto area. 3 packs for $ 19.99. I assume you're in Canada, considering your cruising Amazon's Canadian site.
Can't help you with model # discrepancy.

One is from Amazon and the other is from a seller. Sellers tend to set whatever price on items that aren't popular/don't require a competitive price.
