I bring sad news.
I'll start by saying I have permission from Steve Ku to post this and will provide proof to moderators/admins if required.
I learned yesterday that the Quantum D2 has sold out (while trying to check for pricing for the battery caddy for my FS thread), and thought it worth emailing Steve to ask for the price and check availability.
He responded quickly, as usual, and informed me that he would not be producing any more. He also cryptically added that he was unsure if he would find time to design a new version, but that a flashlight would always be part of the Veleno lineup.
Not sure if this is already known or suspected, or quite what that last part means for the future availability of Veleno lights, but I figured it'd be worth sharing here.
