problems with magma led

has anyone had a problem with the magma led kit from tech *** , mine is going dim and then back to brght. i called tech *** and they said so sorry about your ruck , only 30 day warranty. when i purchased mine they said lifetime warranty, just send it back if you have any problems. whats the story /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/help.gif

Ken - That is correct, there is only a 30 day warranty on the MagmaLed. However, we do have a more liberal Warranty repair department. If you send it back with a note about the failure, they will replace it. But, our public policy, as stated on the website and in the documentation which comes with the lamp is only 30 days.

thanks for the info , i beleive i just fixed it. it had a feed through hole not making a good connection. i would hate to assemble those all day. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
